Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vihkin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Vihkin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Vihkin provides a digital vehicle service passport platform that allows users to track vehicle service history, expenses, documents, and reminders. Users can generate secure links for workshops and service providers to submit digital service reports.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Vihkin does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, in accordance with EU data protection regulations.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Vihkin, including vehicle information, documents, photos, and service records. You grant Vihkin a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Vihkin is not liable for decisions made based on information stored in the platform.

When you create a service link, you authorize the recipient (workshop/service provider) to view limited vehicle information and submit a service report. This access is temporary and limited to the scope of the specific service link.

Vihkin is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or quality of information submitted by third-party workshops through service links.

You may not use the Service to store illegal content, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or use automated systems to scrape or overload the Service.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vihkin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union regulations, including but not limited to the GDPR, the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), and the Digital Services Act.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, without prejudice to the consumer’s right to bring proceedings in their place of residence as guaranteed by EU law.
